We always strive to offer up-to-date trainings that are really focused to the needs and expectations of today’s business environment. Usually, many trainings are offered as open-group trainings – meaning anybody can book and join the training opposed to in-house trainings where only employees of a certain company attend. Understandably, open-group trainings can be less custom-made, that’s why they try to cover topics in a way that is more generally applicable for participants from
different industries. Thus, if a company is looking for specific topics to be covered or if it’s looking for a topic to be customized to its needs, an in-house training is the right choice.
- we can address and combine topics as needed for you current business needs.
- especially useful when introducing new concepts or tools into processes.
- usually higher value added as employees don’t tend to shorten the presence time.
- no need for your employees to travel and loose working days.
- convenience of many employee participation without extra charge.
- Reduced costs due to travel and accommodation savings
- there is an opportunity for coworkers to develop stronger relationships
We train internal auditors for ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO22301, ISO50001.
Our training is specific as we follow a problem-based learning approach – i.e. learning from direct examples and practical cases. Of course, we also explain the requirements of the standards and their backgrounds, however our main focus is on training auditors who will be able to add value to the company accordingly to their findings. As a rule, training for internal auditors always ends with a test audit, which replaces the formal theoretical exam. The feedback from the participants has been outstanding – they all praise the practical approach and the skills they have learned and are able to to put them directly into practice.
